I. Editorial
Policy
1. The article should pass
the initial acceptance
decided by the editorial
board. The submitted work
should be original, not
plagiarized and has not been
published elsewhere.
2. The articles are sent at
least to two reviewers for
comments; the decision to
accept or reject an article
is made by the editorial
board depending upon the
recommendations of the
referees. Authors must
convince both peer reviewers
and the editorial board
about the scientific and
technical merit of the
article.
3. Authors of rejected
articles may
resubmit
it as new submission after
taking all referees' notes
in consideration.
4. The submitting author
should provide
permission from the
co-authors and acts as
corresponding author on
behalf of all-co-authors
before submitting the
article. The authorship
should be clear before
submission and
shall not be
modified after acceptance.
5. The relevant previous
work citation is the
obligation of the authors.
The author is also
responsible for how the
research is organized and
should be carried out
according to international
standards.
6. The authors whose names
appear on submitted article
are responsible for the
presentation of conception
or design, analysis and
interpretation of data for
further work. The methods
are also should be described
clearly to be reproducible.
7. Results should be
presented clearly, honestly
without fabrication and
inappropriate data
manipulation.
8. All
articles submitted to the
journal should be written in
good English and should be
checked before submission
for grammar and clarity.
9. A declaration
form should
be signed the
information consent in the
article
obtained from the
participants in the
research. The
author has
obey the Engineering
and Technology Journal publication
ethics.
10. Publishing
an article in Engineering
and Technology journal is
open access. Therefore,
authors are allowed to
upload their final accepted
version of the manuscript on
their websites or in their
institution website.

III. The
Engineering and Technology
Journal copyright
agreement form should
accompany the final form of
article submission.
IV. Initial
article submission
1.
The research article should
be submitted
in four hard copies ( one
hard copies with author/s
names
and three hard copies
without authors' names). In
addition, a softcopy (CD) of
the article must be
submitted as well. Only MS
Word form is accepted as a
softcopy of the article.
2.
A declaration
form should
be signed the information
consent in the article
obtained from the
participants in the
research.
Payment of the submission
fees should be made at the
Engineering and Technology
Journal Office.
3.The
initial submission should be
in one column and double
space to give the referees
the space to write comments.
Articles submitted must be
written in English.
V. Publication
fees
The author should pay a fee
of (ID 55 000) at submission
and a fee of (ID 55 000)
when the article is
accepted.
The annual subscription in
the journal inside Iraq is
(ID 250 000) and outside
Iraq is ($ 250) including
the shipping fees.
The journal will be
providing one hard copy of
the journal issue.
Authors Residing Outside
Iraq
Submission fees and
publication fees are dropped
for the first manuscript
published for foreign
authors. No fees required,
but as the journal website
is freely accessible, no
hard copies will be provided
for developing countries.
VI. Final
article submission
1) Authors
of accepted articles have to
submit their final
manuscript
following
the instructions and
guidelines of preparation of
the articles (download manuscript
template).
2) The
authors are required to send
their final manuscript on a
disk, or via e-mail: [email protected]
