Lecturers of the Material Engineering Department participate in third exhibition of patents

Lecturers of the Material Engineering Department at UOT, Prof. Dr. Aseel Basem , Assist. Prof. Dr. Kazem Matar Shabib and Lec. Noor Ibrahim in the third exhibition of patents that was held at the Industrial Research and Development Authority at the Ministry of Industry office on the day of the patent "Manufacturing green cement concrete from industrial waste"

  The effect of alabaster powder as a partial substitute for cement included a significant effect, improving the mechanical properties of concrete with an improvement rate of 26%. This kind of application is used in foundations of houses, dams and bridges of medium size.
