ITC Designs an Electronic System of Contracts & Tenders
Under supervision of Prof. Dr. A lGhaban/ President of UOT and Prof. Dr. Heyder Abed Dhahad/ Vice-President for Scientific Affairs and (ITC) administration. Systems and electronic Administration section has designed two systems. System of contracts & tenders and system of electronic stock, the 1st system aims to archive all data related to contracts and tenders while the 2nd one helps to get data entry related to appliances, furniture and equipment at UOT through recorded stock entries, outlet stock, receiving and cashing in addition to encoding stock materials (material category, name of material and its code). In order to know the numbers and their place and how do they match the inventory record.
This activity is being carried out by ITC to exploit information technology in systems management to serve UOT.
