The University of Technology Presidency Intends to Activate The Unified Human Resources System

The Presidency of the University of Technology held an expanded meeting headed by Prof. Dr. Hussein H. Karim/ Vice-president for Administrative Affairs, and the membership of the Assistants of the Heads of the Engineering and Scientific Depts., the Directors of the Centers and Sections of the University Presidency.

 After welcoming the attendees, Prof. Dr. Hussein H. Karim explained the necessity of activating human resources system in the formations of UOT, which greatly facilitates the process of exchanging and obtaining data about all university employees.

He emphasized, The need to update the database for university employees and move to electronic work, which will provide a qualitative transition in the accuracy and speed of completion of work and creates confidence between the employee and his officials to see all his information from the date of his appointment and until he is retired.

At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to give a limited period of time to complete the system requirements.
