The Environmental Research Center Participate in International Conference organised by Iraqi Society for Engineering Management   

Under the slogan (By thought, we achieve development and confront the crisis).The Environmental Research Center at UOT participated as a supportive body in the activities of the international conference held by the Iraqi Society for Engineering Management in cooperation with Noor Al-Ofq Company for Training and Development and the organization of exhibitions and conferences via the Zoom platform entitled (The role of intellectual capital in achieving sustainable development in a world after Corona and the economic crisis), on the Iraqi hall of the Palestine International Hotel in Baghdad, on Thursday, 10/6/2021.

The conference included three items, the first item titled the (economic dimension of sustainable development and the corona pandemic), the second was about (sustainable development and economic recovery, the role of educational curricula), while the third one was: (methodologies, tools and policies of the environment and integrated health to achieve sustainability of recovery from the coronavirus).

The conference sessions included speeches delivered by

-         Dr. KhawlaKhumri, head of the Conference from Algeria

-         Dr. Ali Adham, head of the Iraqi Society for Engineering Management.

-         Dr. Abdul Hamid Al-Obaidi, Director of the Environmental Research Center / University of Technology.

-         Dr. Yacoub PNahdim Al-Saadi, Dean of Al-MaarifUniversity College

-         Lec. Esraa Al-Barzanji, representative of Noor Al-Ofuk Company.

-         Dr. Iman Hindi, Chairman of the Preparatory Committee.

The scientific activities of the conference included two lectures for each session. The lectures were delivered by Doctors, Dr. Abdul Hamid Salem Al-Barrak and Dr. Maytham Abdullah Sultan.

Certificates of appreciation and shields of honor were distributed to each of the committees and the supporting and participating parties.
