UOT sign a cooperation mechanism with Wasit University

University of Technology, represented by UOT President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghabban, signed a scientific and cultural cooperation mechanism with the University of Wasit, on Tuesday August 23, 2022 represented by its president, Prof. Dr. Mazen Hassan Jassim Al-Hasani, in the presence of President Assistant of administrative affairs, Prof. Dr. Hussain Hamid Karim, President Assistant of scientific affairs Prof. Dr. Haider Abed Dahoud, the Director of Cultural Relations Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul-Hadi Jabr, and accompanying delegation of Wasit University. 

The agreement aimed to address several points, and the most notable ones:-

- Exchange of experiences.

- Giving lectures according to the period determined by the concerned formations.

-  Conducting joint research according to the requirements of research and scientific sabbaticals for six months to a year according to the regulations in force in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

- As well as participating in supervising the high studies (dissertations and theses).

- The participation of professors and lecturers in the supervision and discussion committees for graduation research of preliminary studies.

- Exchange visits between parties for training and experiences, define disciplines & numbers

, period of visit, as well as exchange Student delegations on scientific and cultural visits.
