Vice President of University of Technology for Administrative Affairs inspects ministerial high schools examinations 

Prof. Dr.Hussein Hamid Karim, the vice president for Administrative Affairs at University of Technology inspected and followed up the ministerial high schools examinations which are held at the University of Technology to identify obstacles and solve them if they occur.
 Staff of follow-up department organized the entry of students and safety measures.
 Prof.Dr. Hussein Hamid Karim valued the efforts of employees in the scientific departments to provide the best conditions for the examinations process,  as well as the efforts made by the University Maintenance Department to solve any technical problems related to electricity.

Chemical Engineering Department at University of Technology held postgraduate students exams 
 
The second round exams for postgraduate students of the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Technology were launched on Wednesday, 9/2/2020
 After completing all preparations which started with E-learning and the success of the quarterly and supplementary exams experience, which started early. The exams were supervised by the Central Examination Committee headed by the head of the department, Prof. Dr. Jamal Al-Rubai and the administrative and scientific assistants and the examination committee for postgraduate studies. It is worth to note that the Department of Chemical Engineering used the Google classroom platform.  The exams were held without any obstacles.

“Completely ready”: The University of Technology announces about hosting the final High School exams

The University of Technology announced its full technical and logistical readiness to host the exams for the sixth secondary school students, which will start on Tuesday 9/1/2020.

According to the direction of UOT President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Ghabban; and direct supervision of Assistant President of Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hussein Hamid; the Diwan Affairs Department by its divisions (Agricultural, Cleaning and Coordination) on Monday 31/8/2020 conducted a wide cleaning and fogging campaign for all university entrances and exits.

The director of the Diwan Affairs Department, Lect. Zaid Riyadh Al-Anbari, in cooperation with the Karrada Municipality Department, to conduct a wide cleaning campaign at the entrances and exits of the university and the main streets of its campus, in reception of the baccalaureate exams for the sixth secondaryof its three branches, thatgoing to be hold at the university in the first of September.And he  added that the door of the tower (of the applied sciences Department) will be the entry door for the students, according to the agreement and coordination between the University Follow-up Department and the Protection of Facilities Security and the Diwan Affairs Department so that there is a complete flow of their entry.

The Assistant President of Administrative Affairs, Prof. Hussein Hamid Karim praised the efforts and hard working of the employees of the Diwan Affairs Department to show our university a decent and beautiful appearance.

Al-Ghabban receives the new head of the administrative body of the Engineering and Scientific Consulting Office at the university

The UOT President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan Al-Ghabban, received in his office the new head of the administrative body of the Engineering and Scientific Consulting Office, the Head of the Architecture Engineering Department, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Jawad Kahdim, succeeding his predecessor, Assist. Prof. Dr. Safaa El-Din Hussein Ali.

The UOT President directed to follow the administrative mechanisms and mechanisms of engineering and scientific advisory work in order to meet the requirements of the partners and in a way that elevates the engineering work as well as upgrading the level and reputation of the University of Technology and what is related to this vital sector. Wishing him success in his new assignments and in serving our university and our dear country

The UOT President inspects some corridors of the university and meets a number of its employees

The UOT President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan Al-Ghabban inspected some of the university corridors to see the preparations for the new academic year.

On the sidelines of the visit, Al-Ghabban met a number of the university employees and assured of their conditions and some of the most important services provided to them by the presidency of the university in light of the increasing number of infections resulting from the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, and he wished them and all university employees continued health and wellness and that Allah forbid them and our dear country this pandemic and return life to former as quickly as possible.
