Electrical Engineering Department Held Symposium
Electrical engineering department and Student Activities Department in cooperation with Rusafa Health Quarter held on Tuesday Dec., 22.2020 a symposium on (upcoming treatment protocols and vaccines for Coronavirus Covid-19) at the attendance of vice president for administrative affairs Asst.Prof.Dr.Hussein Hameed , Head of Electrical Engineering Department Asst.Prof.Dr.Muntathar Sami , director of student activities department Asst.PROF.Dr.Najah Salman , staff from Ministry of Health and number of lecturers and staff of the university . The symposium was presented by Dr.Amal Abdullah from Rusafa Health Quarter, Health enhancement section, about the treatment protocols of CORONA Virus since the beginning of the pandemic, the upcoming vaccines and the methods of preventing this disease and she also referred to the high recovery rate achieved by the Ministry's departments through developing the diagnostic and therapeutic especially in the last months so the rate of recovery raised and death decreased. Asst.Prof.Dr.Hussein Hameed said that the university continues in its procedures to prevent this pandemic and implement all instructions of the crisis cell of pandemic, wishing all health and safety. At the end, Dr.Muntathar granted letters of thanks and appreciations to the attendees.
