In compliance with the approved conditions to achieve justice, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has taken into account that the total of the student applying to the colleges (dentistry / pharmacy) is not less than the total of (540), i.e. an average of (90%) and the applicant to the College of General Medicine at the University of the Dean or the University of the legacy of the prophets About (558), i.e. an average of (93%), and that the student is exclusively a graduate of the middle school for the 2019-2020 academic year.
While the Ministry affirmed the right of applicants on other admission channels to compete for the free scholarship, higher education and scientific research gave a visible space to some groups, especially students who are families of martyrs and orphans whose data is documented by official institutions as well as students with limited income who have official endorsements from municipal councils Or those registered with the social welfare system, as well as the children of volunteers in the ranks of the popular crowd or the volunteer student himself, provided that this is reinforced by a letter from the Popular Mobilization Authority / Central Administration exclusively and students with special needs as well as residents of villages and rural areas or those with the family of the student suffering from chronic diseases or Intractable.
In this regard, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research appreciates the spirit of cooperation with private universities and colleges and coordination in drafting the free scholarship initiative and increasing their paid study seats to support our dear students, absorb their numbers, meet their scientific ambitions and fulfill the requirements of community service.
