Electronic lecture between English language center and Cardiff Academy
Under direct supervision by Vice President for scientific affairs and high studies Prof.Dr.Haider Abd , English language center at university of Technology in cooperation with the British academy of Cardiff for English language at United Kingdom held an electronic lecture entitled “ How do I improve my academic writing “ on Thursday Nov.5.2020 at 7pm through Zoom platform.
The lecture was organized by Lect.Dr.Hussam Hussein , director of English language Center at university of Technology.
The lecture was presented by Prof.Dina Tobin, director of Cardiff Academy and aimed at learning the participants how to write an English sentence grammatically , choose the appropriate vocabulary in a text, active learning and how to express the writer’s opinion academically.
About 210 participants from different Iraqi universities were participated electronically, most of them share ideas, discussed some points and exchanged information with the lecturer.
