1. E.R. C. Announces The Meeting Decisions of the Committees Supervising The postponement of the Conference

The preparatory and scientific committees for the Fifth International Scientific Conference on Environment and Sustainable Development, which is being held by the Environmental Research Center at UOT , met to discuss the possibility of holding the conference at its scheduled date after the decisions of the National Health and Safety Committee approved regarding preventing gatherings to prevent the spread of Coronavirus infection.

To ensure the sobriety of the conference, the meeting reached several decisions, as follows:

1- Postponing the conference until further notice, the period does not exceed three months.

2- In the event that the quarantine is lifted and the conditions imposed by the National Health and Safety Committee are eased, the date of the conference will be announced within a period not exceeding one month.

3- The procedures for sending the research papers to the iop publishing house will continue within the previously agreed times without being affected by the decision to postpone the conference.
