Lect. Alaa Hassan Idaan from Laser and Optoelectronics  Eng. Dept. at the University of Technology participated in the training course at the High Commission for Human Rights

The course included the mechanisms of human rights and advocacy, the declaration of human rights defenders, freedom of association and advocacy, the right to peaceful assembly, effective erection, interlocking for advocacy, freedom of opinion and expression and legal protection.
