The University of Technology hold a celebration

The University of Technology held a celebration on the occasion of International Women's Day in Control and Systems Engineering Department.

It is attended by UOT President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan Al-Ghabban, President Assistant of Administrative affairs, Prof. Dr. Hussein Hamid Karim, President Assistant of Scientific Affairs Prof. Dr. Khawla Salah Khashan, and a number of Department heads, Center directors, Staff faculty, and students of the university.

The official of Women's Empowerment Unit at UOT, (Assist. Prof. Dr. Mona Taha Idris) stated that the celebration of International Women's Day is due to our commitment and awareness of the significance of women's status in society in various fields, to remind the world of their rights.

In conclusion, the UO President honored the attendees with certificates of appreciation to estimate their exerted efforts in the service of this great academic edifice.
