The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research honors the head of the Electromechanical Engineering Department

His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research honored Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Head of the Electromechanical Engineering Department at the University of Technology, Prof. Hisham Salim Anid for the Energy and Renewable Energy Engineering Branch to obtain the national accreditation granted by the Iraqi Council for the Accreditation of Engineering Education in Iraq.

This came during a special ceremony held on the occasion of the launch of the International Student Application Organization within the Study in Iraq program, in the presence of representatives of missions and international organizations, university presidents and deans of governmental and private colleges.

The head of the department expressed his thanks and gratitude to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for this honor, which is a great incentive to do more to improve the educational process.

He mentioned that the department worked to implement the program standards and spared no effort to reach the completion of the program through the concerted efforts of everyone in the department, including teaching staff and associates, for more than five years, indicating that other branches in the department will implement the accreditation program similar to the branch of energy engineering and renewable energies.
