Electrical Engineering Department hold a lecture about digital extortion

Electrical Engineering Department, in cooperation with Continuous Education Center at the University of Technology and the National Security Adviser, held an awareness lecture in the field of (psychological messages, social engineering, cybersecurity) in Dijla Hall at the department.

The lecture shed light on ways to protect students against cases of digital extortion through social media and smart phones, and how to combat cases of digital extortion.

The lecture was attended by the director of Continuous Education Center, Deputies, heads of Scientific Branches, and a large gathering of lecturers, employees, and students of Electrical Engineering Department.
