Technological University President receives the British expert Falah Hassan

The President of the University of Technology, Professor Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghaban, received in his office the British expert, Dr. Falah Hassan Mustafa, the two side substituted discussions about many ideas that would lead to the completion of future projects.

The main axis of the meeting included how the University of Technology, in cooperation with the Municipality of Baghdad, the Sewage Department, the supervising advisory body, contributed to the completion of the establishment of a project to treat wastewater discharged from the City of Medicine to the Tigris River by using the technique of vertical construction of treatment units instead of horizontal construction, as this project is considered the first of its kind in Iraq is working to reduce the land area to establish these stations. This project contributes significantly to reducing pollution in the waters of the Tigris River and preserving the environment.
