The Graduate Follow-up Unit organize a training workshop entitled How to use LinkedIn 

The Graduate Follow-up Unit in Electromechanical Engineering Department at the University of Technology organized a training workshop entitled (How to use LinkedIn), in Al-Kindi Hall, in the presence of seniors and graduates students.

The workshop delivered by Assist. Lec. Ahmed Imad Jawad, the head of Graduate Follow-up Unit, and it is aimed to define the LinkedIn platform and the correct steps for creating a professional profile, preparing students and helping them marketing their potential in the correct way to companies via the LinkedIn platform and communicating with companies in a professional manner to obtain training opportunities or jobs.

The workshop included several pivotal, the most important of which was:

• Defining the LinkedIn platform.
• How to create an account.
• How to create a professional profile.
• How to use the platform.
• The platform importance for communicating with companies and obtaining training and job opportunities.
• The appropriate steps to spread the account and reach the largest number of companies.
• How to search and apply for jobs through LinkedIn platform.

The workshop concluded by answering questions and inquiries.
