The Environmental Research Center holds a panel discussion on laboratory reliability

As part of the activities of the cultural season, the Environmental Research Center at the University of Technology held a discussion panel entitled “Reliability of the Environmental Research Center’s Laboratories.” The lecture was delivered by Professor Dr. Rana Riyadh Khalil, in the presence of a number of faculty members and members of the department.

The adoption of these standards in Iraq aimed to raise the level of confidence in the results of tests and calibration produced by laboratories, and to enhance the international exchange of goods and services by ensuring their compatibility with international standards.

It touched on the Iraqi standards for the quality of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s laboratories and the accreditation of laboratories according to the international specification ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
