Ali Jalil Taher received his PhD from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Technology for his thesis entitled:

"Improving the performance of a small information system based on compressed sensitivity"

The discussion committee was set up in the hall of the Tigris in the section of: Prof.Dr. Jawad Kazem Ali as President and Prof. Hadi Tarash Zboun and Prof. Saad Saffah Hassoun, Prof.Dr. Saad Mohammed Saleh and Prof. Dr. Samir Abdul Khaleq Aziz Members of Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Saheb and Prof. Thamer Rashid Said Musharraf.

, The research aims to conduct the modeling process to equal to twice the maximum frequency of the signal. However, some applications require less specific modeling of Nyquist. For this reason, compression sensing deals with signal modeling less than Nyquist.

In this work, a modified compressed sensitivity algorithm was introduced. The modified compressed sensitivity algorithm was tested for performance using MATLAB R2015a software with real signal data. Which were obtained through two applications: the first included practical implementation and data storage for the Ultra-sonic signal. The second application included the practical implementation of the microwave radar system and the storage of digital data resulting from the movement of living objects to the SD memory card.

The work included the provision of the LDPC encoder for the purpose of improving system performance. In addition, the work also included the practical implementation of the Altera Cyclone IV FPGA encryption and decoding system through direct VHDL programming.

The simulation results for each of the two signals taken into consideration, which included an analogue of the ultra-sonic signal and the digital microwave radar signal, showed a similarity between the signal and the results of the proposed modified algorithm.
