A master thesis in Computer Science Dept. at U.O.T. has discussed the security of the Internet of Things system based on the proposed lightweight encryption techniques. The thesis presented by the student / Yousra A. Ghareeb aimed to build a system to protect important and sensitive data transmitted through devices through a network. This data was protected by confidently and integrity The thesis dealt with the process of building the proposed algorithms through the developments that took place in the algorithm and the process of merging the algorithms and all the development, how useful it is, why it was developed, the process of integrating the speck and present algorithm, the process of generating keys, and how to embed those algorithms in the raspberry device to protect sensor data.
The researcher concluded that the proposed algorithms in terms of texts passed the NIST tests with good results and were fast and strong against attacks compared to previous studies and the original standard algorithms.
